How it's made

Four steps, all of them in the USA

Most sellers in this market buy finished material overseas, repackage it and attach whatever certificate came in the box. Every lot here is made in the United States and tested before release — which is why we can stand behind a purity number.

  1. 01

    Solid-phase synthesis

Fmoc chemistry on automated synthesizers. Resin, coupling reagents and amino acids are lot-tracked from receipt.

  2. 02

    Preparative HPLC

Crude peptide is cleaved, precipitated and purified on reverse-phase C18. The peak is cut narrow and the shoulders discarded.

  3. 03

    Identity & purity

Analytical HPLC for purity, ESI-MS for identity. Both traces go on the certificate — not a summary of them.

  4. 04

    Lyophilization & fill

Vacuum-dried, filled into argon-flushed amber vials, capped and sealed. Lot number carried through to the label.

Lot traceability

The certificate matches the vial in your hand

Every vial carries a lot number. Enter it and you get that lot's actual chromatogram and mass spectrum — not a representative example, not a PDF from whoever made it two years ago.
